This policy explains what information Zephyros Stone Villa collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. The villa is in Koundouros, Kea (Tzia), Greece, and the site is run by its owners. For any privacy question, write to zephyros@albeta.co.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a booking. The form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, dates, number of guests, and a message. We use these only to answer your enquiry and arrange a stay. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how guests find and use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device, referring site). IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, analytics runs in a cookieless mode that only counts aggregate visits and cannot identify you.

Security. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person and not a bot. Our host, Cloudflare, may process standard request data such as your IP address to keep the site secure and online.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again.

Services we rely on

These providers process data on our behalf as part of running the site:

• Your enquiry: handling your message and taking steps to arrange a booking you asked about.
• Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your booking and our communication with you, then remove them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings for our account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent for analytics. To do any of these, email zephyros@albeta.co. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
